Philadelphia Sinfonia Association wants to keep tuition low. This requires parental involvement and fund-raising activities. Volunteer efforts can be either a "one time" effort, or can continue throughout the season. Listed below are activities which need your support. Please attend our annual parents' meeting and contact any Board Member for additional information, or to communicate your interests.

Fund-raising will help reduce the overall expenses of the orchestra, and presents the opportunity for members to apply monies earned to orchestra trips and tours. We ask that all members participate in these fund-raisers to the best of their ability.

COMMITTEE LIST

• Publicity : Promote Sinfonia throughout the season.
• Fund raising : Originate and execute activities to give us the ability to offset membership and other fees.
• Audition : Arrange and organize bi-annual general audition and rolling auditions throughout the orchestra season.
• Tour : Plan and organize orchestra tours and trips.
• Newsletter : Charged with production of this newsletter.
• Internet : Promote Sinfonia through out the music community on our Website.
• Communications : Internal communications: e-mail, database maintenance, phone-tree.
• Photography : Photo and video recordings of concerts.
